Alison Kemerer Cobb (née Irwin) is the runner-up of Big Brother 4 (US). She later appeared on Big Brother 7 (US).

On Big Brother 4 (US), Alison began the game in a strong position, being part of the dominant Elite Eight alliance. After Dana Varela won Head of Household and betrayed the Elite Eight, she nominated Alison and Jack Owens, Jr. with Alison as the primary target. After Nathan Marlow won the Power of Veto, Alison was able to get Nathan to use it on her, allowing her to stay safe. After Alison won HOH, she began to play both sides of the house. Alison made a deal with the Three Stooges, for her safety next week, and still had the rest of the Elite Eight trusting her. Despite the Elite Eight wanting her to target Justin Giovinco, Alison had made a deal and alliance with him and instead chose to target Dana with Jun Song being nominated as the pawn. Alison’s plan was a success as Dana was evicted. Her deals during her HOH reign led to her being in the best position in the house, with both sides of the house wanting to keep her safe. Alison’s greatest flaw in the game was her jury management and to combat this, she made an alliance with Jun, the other floater in the house and the only person she might have a chance winning against. Alison proved to be a swing vote in multiple evictions, most notably, Jack’s eviction, where she went against the Three Stooges and kept Erika Landin in the house to form the Girl Power alliance with her and Jun. Alison was still in a great position in the house, with Erika and Jun planning on taking her to the final two, and later, Robert Roman made a final two deal with her. She was able to win the final Head of Household competition of the season, chose to evict Robert, and brought Jun to the finale with her. Ultimately, Alison lost the game to her ally Jun, whom the jury deemed as the lesser of two evils. She lost by a vote of 6-1, only receiving Nathan’s vote to win.

On Big Brother 7 (US), she was among the 14 out of 20 contestants chosen to go back into the house. Alison quickly targeted the Sovereign Six and joined Danielle Reyes with a plan to make Jase Wirey disagree with Janelle Pierzina’s nominations as the dual HOHs' disagreement on nomination would have placed the HOHs on the nomination block instead. Jase caught wind of the plan, which led to him and Janelle nominating Alison and Danielle. Alison began to campaign in the house, gaining Diane Henry's and Nakomis Dedmon’s votes. Mike Malin and Will Kirby campaigned for Alison as well as they felt she would be a better ally to go after the Sovereign Six. On the other hand, The Sovereign Six viewed Alison as a bigger threat and campaigned to get her evicted. Ultimately, the plan to keep Alison in the game fell through, and she was evicted by a vote of 8-2, resulting in her placing 14th.
