A "Perfect Game" is a feat that has been accomplished by only five houseguests: Dan Gheesling, Kevin Martin, Dane Rupert, Cody Calafiore and Jean-Thomas Jobin.
Elements of a Perfect Game[]
- The houseguest never receives an eviction vote against him or her.
- The houseguest is announced the winner of Big Brother.
- The Jury unanimously votes for the houseguest to win.
- Some added stipulation that enhances a Perfect Game but is not specifically needed to have one:
- Being nominated but never facing eviction as a final nominee due to being pulled off the block.
- Never being nominated at all, including by default at the Final Three, thus never facing eviction.

List of American Winners by Closeness to Perfect Game[]
Due to the format of Big Brother 1 being different from the rest of the series, the votes received and the jury vote margin sections will represent nominations received and percentage of America's vote to win. The latter is the same for Big Brother: Over the Top as well.
List of Canadian Winners by Closeness to Perfect Game[]
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no winner was crowned for Big Brother Canada 8.

Trivia[]
- The concept of a Perfect Game originated in Survivor (US), and has only been achieved twice as of its 43rd season. Read more about it here.
- Due to Cody never being nominated at all, including at Final 3 due to winning the Final HOH, he has the most Perfect Game of all five winners. Dan, Kevin M, Dane, and Jean-Thomas all won their respective Final HOHs, but got nominated beforehand at some point during their seasons.
- Had Ian received all of the jury votes to win during Big Brother 14 (US), Dan would have been the first houseguest to play a Perfect Game and lose to a Perfect Game.
- Had Dan won the season with all seven votes by the Jury, he would have been the only person to win with a Perfect Game twice.
- Dan and Cody are the only people who were eligible to win with a Perfect Game twice.
- With the exception of Big Brother Canada 10, all the winners of Big Brother Canada avoided receiving any eviction votes, although Kevin M and Dane are the only ones to win with a Perfect Game.
- Ironically, the first 6 runners-up of Big Brother Canada were unable to win with a Perfect Game, as they all had received at least 1 eviction vote before reaching the Final 2. Anthony Douglas was the first Canadian runner-up who had the opportunity to achieve a Perfect Game, followed by Breydon White and Claudia Campbell.
- Although they never received eviction votes, Sarah Hanlon and Kevin M both received nomination votes during the weeks where nominations where determined by a house vote. Sarah received two nominations during Week 1 of Big Brother Canada 3, while Kevin M received 1 nomination during Week 4 of Big Brother Canada 5.
- Jag Bains has played the most "Imperfect Game" of all Big Brother (US) winners who faced a jury. He had 14 votes against him, receiving 12 eviction votes and losing 2 jury votes. He is also the only winner to have been evicted and returned in the same season.
- Jillian MacLaughlin and Kevin Jacobs have played the most "Imperfect Games" of all Big Brother Canada winners. They both have 3 votes against them: Jillian received 0 eviction votes and she lost 3 jury votes while Kevin J received 2 eviction votes and lost 1 jury vote.
- For Big Brother 1 (US) and Big Brother: Over The Top, the concept of a Perfect Game is different.
- For Big Brother 1 (US), a housemate would have had to never receive any nomination votes, or a percentage of America's vote to banish and have had to receive 100% of America's vote to win.
- For Big Brother: Over The Top, a houseguest would have had to never receive an eviction vote and have had to receive 100% of America's vote to win.
- Because of the stipulation of having to receive 100% of America's vote to win, a Perfect Game in Big Brother 1 (US) or Big Brother: Over The Top is virtually impossible.
- Big Brother: Reindeer Games did not feature voting at all, so a Perfect Game is not possible to achieve since a major stipulation requires avoiding getting votes against you. However, it is worth noting that Taylor Hale made it to the finale without being nominated.
- Kevin is the first winner to have received all of the Jury votes from a Jury of 9. However, he is not the first winner to win with 9 votes. Lisa Donahue did so in Big Brother 3 (US).
- Tamar Braxton is the first person to win the game with a unanimous vote but not a Perfect Game. She was followed by Xavier Prather. They both had exactly one eviction vote cast against them throughout the season.
- She's also the first, and currently only, female to win with a unanimous vote.
- Tychon Carter-Newman is the first person to avoid nomination all season, but not win with a Perfect Game.
- As of Big Brother Canada 11, Big Brother 25 (US), and Celebrity Big Brother Quebec 4, no woman has ever won with a Perfect Game. Jun Song, Paras Atashnak, Tamar, and Miesha Tate, have come the closest, each being one vote away. Jun, Paras and Miesha all lost one jury vote (6-1 vote for Jun and Paras, 7-1 vote for Miesha), while Tamar won unanimously but had one eviction vote cast against her beforehand.
