In Week 1, Kat attempted to form an all-female alliance, but the plan failed and she was nominated as a replacement nominee by Suzette Amaya for attempting to play too aggressively and being pushy with strategy. Kat became the first houseguest to be evicted from the series on Day 8, with only Liza Stinton voting to keep her over Emmett Blois in an 11-1 vote. She is the first evicted houseguest ever in Big Brother Canada, as well as the first female houseguest evicted.
Katherine "Kat" Yee (born 1985) is a 27-year-old Asian Canadian bartender from Toronto, Ontario. She describes herself as being nutty, silly, and honest. She states that her "gut" told her to join the series, and that she plans on laying low early on in the game.
