Kian Kazemi was a housemate in Pinoy Big Brother 2. Inside the house, he was seen as a friendly guy to all housemates but he was close to Bruce Quebral and Nel Rapiz who even call themselves as The Trio.
On Week 4, four housemates including him received violations from Big Brother. A lottery machine was put into the house, the violators then had to draw lottery balls. The violator who received an automatic nomination will automatically be nominated for the week. Kian was the only one who received an automatic nomination, thus making him nominated for the week. Later that week, the Ligtask Games were held. Nominated housemates are still able to compete and play. As a result, Kian won the first Ligtask Games of the season, however, he wasn't able to use the immunity this week. Instead, if he was safe from the week's eviction, he'll only be able to use the immunity for the succeeding week's nominations.
Kian was first evicted on Day 49, but returned to the House on Day 78 as a returnee for the Back to the House twist. He was given a chance to become a housemate again after having enough votes to bring him back. After two weeks of his stay in the house, he was re-evicted on Day 98.

Kian Reza Kazemi (born: January 26, 1986 in Makati) is a 21-year-old track and field runner and restaurant owner/manager from Makati. Graduated from College of Saint Benilde, he is also half-Persian and half-Filipino. He joined the track-and-field team despite having alopecia areata. Kian also describes himself as a playboy who has been reformed, having been exposed to marijuana during his teens.

Post Big Brother[]
- Kian continued his restaurant managing career and opened Persia Grill restaurant which eventually had various branches throughout Metropolitan Manila. The newest branch was located in 2nd Avenue, corner 30th Street, Burgos Circle, Fort Bonifacio district'.[1]
- In 2016, he opened a kebab bar called Kite in Poblacion district, Makati City.[2]
- In 2017, he opened another restaurant called Lobo. It is a gastropub found in the same district, in Poblacion district, Makati City. [3].
