Makosi Musambasi was a housemate on Big Brother 6 (UK) and Ultimate Big Brother.
Well known in Big Brother 6 (UK) for causing big arguments with her housemates, Makosi was the subject of significant controversy with the public following a lewd incident with Anthony Hutton, leading to her receiving largely negative public reception for the rest of the season. Despite this, she remained a non-target for the majority of the house, even managing to survive an eviction over Vanessa McIntosh via a house vote. Coasting her way to the finals of her season, Makosi would receive only 8.7% of the public's vote to win, placing 3rd.
Returning to compete on Ultimate Big Brother for her memorable personality, Makosi proved to be a more unpopular figure among some the house, and after receiving 3 nominations, she was nominated in a week into the season. She would be evicted on Day 11 after receiving 47.7% of the public's vote, placing 11th.

Post Big Brother[]
- After Makosi got out of the Big Brother 6 (UK) house, she was deported and had 10 days to leave the country.[1]
- In response, Makosi stated, "I feel very betrayed. I've entertained the nation for three months and then you come after me. Go into any hospital. The amount of cleaners that probably have the wrong immigration status, but because they are doing the dirtiest job that nobody wants to do, they will not make an example of that person."
- It was revealed that Makosi was diagnosed with cancer in 2017.[2]
- As of 2020, Makosi is cancer-free.[3]
